A demonstration of how to subscribe to the NWIITT RSS feeds using Opera.
Opera is a FREE cross platform browser available for download from http://www.opera.com.
To locate the available RSS feeds navigate to the NWIITT RSS Feed Page on the NWIITT web site and click on the required feed link to display the contextual menu.
Clicking the required feed does two things.
1. It loads the raw RSS feed file into the browser window (1)
2. It displays the Subscribe dialog box (2)
Click Yes to confirm the subscription.
As soon as the subscription is confirmed the feed items are displayed in the Opera interface.
Clicking on any of the items in the list loads the details of the item into the lower area of the screen.
Once a feed has been subscribed to it may also be accessed and managed from the Feeds menu.
The Subscribe to RSS newsfeeds dialog box is displayed via the Feeds, Manage menu option.
Feeds currently subscribed to appear in the list and using the available options additional feeds can be added to or removed from the subscription list.
The settings for each feed can be amended using the edit option.
