Elaine took up the position of Joint Chair in July 2004. She has previously held the positions of Technical Director (2003) and Regional Subgroup Director for Cheshire (2002).
Elaine is a founder member of the Institute and an IT consultant with 15 years experience. At present specializing in web design and development workflow, she has many years experience in database, development and business modeling technologies.
In addition to providing training and consultations she is also a successful author and webmaster. She was made a Fellow of the Institute in March 2003.
She is the NWIITT webmaster and has responsibility for NWIITT site maintenance.
